美國券商TD Ameritrade帳戶將於2023轉為Charles Schwab帳戶(TD Ameritrade Accounts to be Moved to Charles Schwab in 2023)
持有TD Ameritrade美國券商帳戶的朋友，應已收到email通知，告之TD帳戶將於2023年轉為Charles Schwab(嘉信)帳戶。
這是2019嘉信買下TD Ameritrade以來，最後的合併步驟。
該通知有幾個重點。
1.會在TD帳戶轉移成為嘉信帳戶前三個月通知帳戶持有者。
2.轉移會發生在週末。避開工作天，所以不會對日常交易買賣造成影響。
3.會分批進行。不是所有的TD帳戶持有者，在某一個週末全部轉為嘉信帳戶。所以當你看到其他人已經轉換過去，自己還沒有轉換，請勿擔心。
4. thinkorswim這個TD的交易平台功能會轉移到嘉信。
預計轉移完成之後，原先只有TD帳戶，沒有嘉信帳戶的投資人，會變成持有一個嘉信帳戶。
原先有TD帳戶，也有嘉信帳戶的投資人，會變成持有兩個嘉信帳戶。投資人可選擇管理兩個嘉信帳戶，也可以要求把一個嘉信帳戶的資產全部轉入同一持有者的另一個嘉信帳戶。將資產合併進行管理。
自從2006開始使用美國券商以來，這是我第三次遇到一家券商被另一家併購，然後轉換過去的事件。
第一次是 Zecco被TradeKing收購。第二次是 Scottrade被TD Ameritrade合併。這次是第三次。
E*trade雖然也已經被Morgan Stanley收購，但目前仍維持自己的品牌名稱與交易系統在運作著。

綠角大，想請教一下，如果我的TD是聯名帳戶，然後嘉信是我的個人帳戶，這樣的話我到時也會擁有兩個嘉信帳戶嗎？

因不想等CS合併我在TDA的帳戶
所以要求CS把在自己TDA所有現金及ETF轉移到自己的CS
但小數點以下的ETF
CS沒有一起轉過來
詢問CS如下
The ETF shares less than 1 in my account of TD Ameritade (xxxxxxxxx) should be sold and deposited into my account of CS for the request of account transfer.
However, I have not seen the record in the transaction of CS yet.
Please confirm. Thank you.

Thank you for your message.
Currently you have a pending account transfer from TD Ameritrade that is set to be completed on 04/14/2023. Partial shares will not be transferred over. If you would like to have the partial shares sold and transferred over as cash please reach out to TD Ameritrade to see if this transaction is still possible before completion.
If it cannot be completed you may set up an incoming wire transfer from TD into your account. To view the incoming wire instructions go to Move Money > Routing numbers > Incoming wire instructions.
